Justin Trudeau has announced on Sunday in a tweet that the first set of COVID-19 vaccines have arrived in the country. In the tweet, he stated, “This is good news. But our fight against COVID-19 is not over. Now more than ever, let’s keep up our vigilance. Keep wearing your mask, washing your hands, avoiding gathering and using #COVIDAlert. The first batch of doses of Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 vaccine have arrived in Canada.” The batch of 30,000 doses arrived at Pearson International Airport in Toronto.
